Northern California

 

Instructor

Locations: Northern CA

Instructors are professionals who are familiar and are currently involved with the construction industry and who love to teach. They are knowledgeable in one or more aspects of the construction industry and can give students a great learning experience with their expertise in the field. We hire part-time contractors with teaching experience in Construction Contract Law, Construction Math, Blueprint Reading, Estimating, Building Code, EPA-RRP Lead Safety, Solar Technology, Electrical and Lead Abatement Certification.

 

Admissions Counselor

Location: San Rafael

Admissions Counselors play an important role in the success of our schools. They work as the first point of contact when a student is interest in learning more about our school. Their expertise on our products and services helps them to assess student’s needs efficiently and address their questions and concerns.

 

School Counselor

Location: Hayward

School Counselors are essential to our school. Their main duty is to help students with their needs and guide them towards their goals. As the counselor of our school, they need to posses strong sales and managerial skills in order to meet sales goals and work independently. They must have the ability to work in a high-stress environment and meet deadlines.

 

Student Administrator

Location: San Jose (part-time) & Sacramento (full-time)

Student Administrators assist with basic administrative functions of our school. They must have good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and meet deadline. They possess great customer service skills, are able to cross-sell our products, and are responsible for student call-backs and paperwork.

 

Southern California

 

Instructor

Locations: Southern and Central CA

Instructors are professionals who are familiar and are currently involved with the construction industry and who love to teach. They are knowledgeable in one or more aspects of the construction industry and can give students a great learning experience with their expertise in the field. Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Location: Van Nuys

The ideal candidate will have strong SALES/closing, customer service, and organizational skills, be self driven and have a strong desire to earn commissions. Once our students graduate and obtain their Contractors License, they need insurance. Plenty of warm leads will be provided. No cold calling has been necessary because we cannot keep up with the current demand. The insurance agent must be knowledgeable in General Liability, Workers Compensation, Bonds and other relevant construction insurance products, and will be trained on our company programs and products.Construction Insurance Experience Required.

 

Student Administrator/Full-Time

Location:  San Marcos

Student Administrators assist with basic administrative functions of our school. They must have good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and meet deadline. They possess great customer service skills, are able to cross-sell our products, and are responsible for student call-backs and paperwork. Bilingual Spanish Required.

 

Telesales Representatives

Location: Van Nuys (part-time & full-time)

A Telesales Representative sells our educational products/packages to leads in our database via inbound/outbound calls. Their expertise on our products and services helps them to assess Lead’s needs efficiently and address their questions and concerns so they can enroll into the program with full knowledge of what they are purchasing.
