Northern California

Instructor
Locations: Northern CA
Instructors are professionals who are familiar and are currently involved with the construction industry and who love to teach. They are knowledgeable in one or more aspects of the construction industry and can give students a great learning experience with their expertise in the field. We hire part-time contractors with teaching experience in Construction Contract Law, Construction Math, Blueprint Reading, Estimating, Building Code, EPA-RRP Lead Safety, Solar Technology, Electrical and Lead Abatement Certification.

Student Administrator
Location: Sacramento
Student Administrators assist with basic administrative functions of our school. They must have good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and meet deadline. They possess great customer service skills, are able to cross-sell our products, and are responsible for student call-backs and paperwork.

School Counselor
Location: Hayward
School Counselors are essential to our school. Their main duty is to help students with their needs and guide them towards their goals. As the counselor of our school, they need to posses strong sales and managerial skills in order to meet sales goals and work independently. They must have the ability to work in a high-stress environment and meet deadlines.

Property & Casualty Insurance Agent Assistant
Locations: Van Nuys

Admissions Counselors play an important role in the success of our schools. They work as the first point of contact when a student is interest in learning more about our school. Their expertise on our products and services helps them to assess students’ needs efficiently and address their questions and concerns.

Admissions Counselor

Telesales Representatives
Location: Van Nuys (part-time & full-time)
A Telesales Representative sells our educational products/packages to leads in our database via inbound/outbound calls. Their expertise on our products and services helps them to assess Lead’s needs efficiently and address their questions and concerns so they can enroll into the program with full knowledge of what they are purchasing.

Facilities Coordinator Assistant
Location: Van Nuys
The facilities coordinator assistant will Assist the Facilities Coordinator in facility tasks including keeping track of maintenance tickets for 25 office locations, optimizing the timely resolution of all open tickets and keeping staff updated on the status of the open tickets, assisting on all major and minor relocation projects, office closures, and assist on expansion project tasks. They will serve as point of contact and liaison with CSLS facilities vendors such as: Drinking water Supply Company, Vending machine vendor, HVAC contractor, Home Depot etc., assist Facilities Coordinator on all facilities issues, activities and projects, including but not limited to: Schedule preventative maintenance for all CSLS locations, responds to urgent maintenance calls, janitorial services, minor repairs, furniture moving, etc.
