Northern California

Instructors
Locations:  Northern CA
Instructors are professionals who are familiar and are currently involved with the construction industry and who love to teach. They are knowledgeable in one or more aspects of the construction industry and can give students a great learning experience with their expertise in the field. We hire part-time contractors with teaching experience in Construction Contract Law, Construction Math, Blueprint Reading, Estimating, Building Code, EPA-RRP Lead Safety, Solar Technology, Electrical and OSHA 10 & 30.

Surety Agent/Broker Construction Insurance Sales
Location: San Jose CA
We are currently seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) licensed property & casualty insurance agent to work at our San Jose location and remotely servicing our 25 locations. The ideal candidate will have strong selling/closing, customer service, and organizational skills, be self-driven and have a strong desire to earn commission income, in addition to their base salary. Candidates must be knowledgeable in General Liability, Workers Compensation, Bonds and other relevant construction insurance products, and will be trained on our company programs and products. Spanish speaking skills preferred.

A Customer Service/ Insurance Assistant plays an important role in the success of the business. They work as the point of contact with customers for renewals, certificates, endorsements and other questions and needs as well as assist with basic administrative functions in our agency.

Student Administrator
Location: San Rafael CA (full-time & part-time), San Jose CA (full-time)
Student Administrators assist with basic administrative functions of our school. They must have good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and meet deadline. They possess great customer service skills, are able to cross-sell our products, and are responsible for student call-backs and paperwork. Spanish speaking skills required.

Inside Sales Representative
Location: Riverside CA
Sales skills and professionalism is the perfect combination for this position. To apply you must be highly motivated, have an ownership mentality, and be a true self-starting SALES professional. Must have the motivation to work with no one looking over your shoulder. This position will entail extensive product training and self-discipline, to study and become an expert in the areas of contractor licensing and construction education. On the job training is provided and there is an excellent support structure in place. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SALES NECESSARY. We will teach you the product, but you will bring your sales ability, and together we will help your leads get enrolled. 

Administrative / Operations Supervisor
Location: Riverside CA
Completing reports, prioritizing projects, completing the activities log and making sure that personnel are knowledgeable and qualified about the task given. Making sure that smooth operations in all business departments is achieved. Traveling & site visits are required for this position. Training & school coverage – company car provided for day to day travel.

Telesales Representatives
Location: Van Nuys CA (part-time & full-time)
A Telesales Representative sells our educational products/packages to leads in our database via inbound/outbound calls. Their expertise on our products and services helps them to assess Lead’s needs efficiently and address their questions and concerns so they can enroll into the program with full knowledge of what they are purchasing.
