Northern California

Instructor
Locations: San Jose CA, Concord CA, Hayward CA, Daly City CA, Sacramento CA, Bakersfield CA, Fresno CA, Modesto CA
Instructors are professionals who are familiar and are currently involved with the construction industry and who love to teach. They are knowledgeable in one or more aspects of the construction industry and can give students a great learning experience with their expertise in the field. We hire part-time contractors with teaching experience in Construction Contract Law, Construction Math, Blueprint Reading, Estimating, Building Code, EPA-RRP Lead Safety, Solar Technology, Electrical, and Lead Abatement Certification.

Student Administrator
Location: Sacramento CA (full-time),  Hayward CA (Part-time), Modesto CA (part-time)
Student Administrators assist with basic administrative functions of our school. They must have good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and meet deadline. They possess great customer service skills, are able to cross-sell our products, and are responsible for student call-backs and paperwork.

Inside Sales Representative
Location: San Rafael CA
Sales skills and professionalism re the perfect combination for this position. To apply you must be highly motivated, have an ownership mentality, and be a true self-starting SALES professional. Must have the motivation to work with no one looking over your shoulder. This position will entail extensive product training and self-discipline, to study and become an expert in the areas of contractor licensing and construction education. On the job training is provided and there is an excellent support structure in place. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SALES NECESSARY. We will teach you the product, but you will bring your sales ability, and together we will help your leads get enrolled. Bilingual in Spanish required.

Southern California

Instructor

Corporations Assistant
Location: Van Nuys CA (part-time)
The corporate assistant will work directly with the department manager to assist and manage a variety of tasks, projects, and processes associated with document preparation and filings with the CA Secretary of State.

Administrator & Education Clerk
Location: Van Nuys
The main responsibilities of our Administrative/Education Clerk includes data entry while assisting the Education Department in their administrative duties such as assisting with scheduling of classes and instructors, email correspondence and helping with creation of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoints.

Facilities Coordinator Assistant
Location: Van Nuys CA
Assists in all facility tasks including maintenance tickets, assisting on all major and minor relocations, closures, and expansion projects tasks, maintains control of maintenance tickets.

Student Administrator (Full-time)

Insurance Assistant

Insurance Assistance will assist with basic administrative functions in our agency.  They must have good communication and time management skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people.  Customer Service skills are required along with computer knowledge.

Inside Surety Agent/Broker Construction Bond Sales
Location: Van Nuys CA
We are currently seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) licensed property & casualty Surety agent to work at our school locations. Telesales Representatives
Location: Van Nuys CA (part-time & full-time)
A Telesales Representative sells our educational products/packages to leads in our database via inbound/outbound calls. Their expertise on our products and services helps them to assess Lead’s needs efficiently and address their questions and concerns so they can enroll into the program with full knowledge of what they are purchasing.
