Applies to CA Contractors License Platinum In-School Law & Trade Exam Preparation program.
Contractors State License Schools is confident that students who enroll and complete our Platinum In-School Law & Trade Exam Preparation program will pass the California State Contractor’s License Exam. The Platinum In-School Law & Trade Exam Preparation program includes the following required steps to qualify for the money-back guarantee:
1. Read and study the Home Study workbooks.
2. Attend all scheduled live instruction classes.
3. Come into a school location to study exam questions and answers.
4. Attend a Construction Math Review course.
5. Attend a Test-Taking Strategy course.
6. Attend a CSLS Crash Course.
Contractors State License Schools will reimburse the student the cost of the state retake fee up to 3 times, and the student will be allowed to retake any of the courses in the program up to 3 times in a 12-month period. After such time, a student who adheres to the terms and conditions of the money-back guarantee shall be eligible to receive a full refund of the educational courses, minus any books and material costs. Books and materials will be calculated using the sales prices. The student will also have the choice to continue to take the program until he/she passes the California State Licensed Contractor’s Exam in lieu of submitting a refund.
Our pass guarantee applies to the Law and Business Online program and Home Study Platinum.
Contractors State License Schools is confident that students who enroll and complete our Law and Business Online program and Home Study Platinum program will pass the California State Contractor’s License Exam. Completion of the full program is required for the pass guarantee. The program includes the following required steps to qualify for the money-back guarantee:
1. Read and study the Home Study workbooks.
2. Attend all scheduled live instruction classes online (not applicable to Home Study Platinum).
3. Attend a Construction Math Review course.
4. Attend a Test-Taking Strategy course.
5. Attend a CSLS Crash Course.
Contractors State License Schools will reimburse the student the cost of the state retake fee up one time, and that student may retake the courses for which he/she originally enrolled.
To initiate either guarantee, students are required to submit a written request within 30 days of failing the CA Contractors License Law & Business examination to: Contractors State License Services, Attention: Customer Service Department, 6222 Sepulveda Boulevard, Van Nuys, CA 91411. All written requests must include: a) Request containing all current contact information; b) Copy of this signed enrollment agreement; and c) Copy of Failure Notice from CA Contractors State License Board.
